Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes!  The sizes offered on this site are those which work best the way we originally captured and cropped the images.  Different cropping ratios might effect the layout of the images.  So if you are interested in different sizes, please send an email to bill@3bphotography.com and let us know which image you are interested in and the size that would like and we will see if we can accommodate that request.

Can your prints be supplied with a white border?

Yes! I can add a white border to any of our fine art prints.  This will reduce the actual image size by the width of the border (unless you also decide to select a large custom print size).  Border sizes of 1", 2" or 3" are possible depending on print size.   If you are interested in having a border on your prints, send me an email at bill@3bphotography.com and we can look at options for the size print you are considering.

Do you offer mounting and framing of your prints?

Yes!  I do offer matting and framing services at special request.  However, I have learned over time that selecting mats and frames over the internet is a difficult process for many people as you can not really tell the finish of the frames.  Most people instead prefer to take our prints to a custom framer in their local area where they can touch, feel and see the frames with the print in front of them.  If you are interested in pricing from me for matting and framing, please send an email to bill@3bphotography.com and I will work with you on various options available.

What are the Shipping Costs?

We offer free shipping to all USA zip codes.

Do you ship to international locations (outside of USA)?

Yes! I can ship internationally but will need to quote you separate prices for shipping.  If you are at an international location send an email to bill@3bphotography.com and I will provide you with information and pricing to get my images to you.  Note that I can only calculate the shipping costs, any import fees, value added taxes, tariffs will be your responsibility.  My experience is that sometimes these add on fees often make it uneconomical to ship my work to international locations.

What should I use as a shipping address?

I use Federal Express Ground Shipping for all of shipments in the USA.  You must have a physical address location for your shipping address.  We can not ship to a P.O. Box address. 

Do you accept other payment types besides credit cards and PayPal?

Yes, we can accept Venmo and Zelle payments.  If you are interested in using one of these payment methods please send an email to bill@3bphotography.com.
